Foundation CourseThis Foundation Course has been developed as an introduction to the ABFA's Distance Learning Programme. It is designed to assist staff to obtain a general understanding of the workings of the industry together with an increased awareness of client expectations and issues. The course is the first in a three-stage programme and focuses on the general operating procedures. It will allow participants to relate the course material directly to their own organisation whilst increasing their awareness of general industry practices.

The ABFA Certificate programme has been developed as an extension from the Foundation course and is designed as both a stepping-stone to the Diploma programme, and is a professionally recognised qualification in its own right. The course content is similar to the Diploma, but does not go into the same depth.
Diploma CourseThe ABFA Diploma is aimed at those progressing into a management role. There are three elements to the ABFA Diploma; two distance learning modules, Cashflow Finance and Measuring Performance, and a residential week. Residential WeekThe ABFA Residential Week course is part of the ABFA Diploma, but also operates as a stand-alone assessment centre focussing on personal and professional development in the areas of inter-personal and management skills. The course lasts for a week and is made up of two elements, the Business Simulation Exercise and Management Exercises.
